The work of +31ARCHITECTS is designed for specific clients needs, to live in a modern home with benefits of living on water. Floor plans are open and with large window facade creates unlimited space, where the line of inner and outer space is blurred. The architecture is a product of thoughtful planning and grand design, so it`s no wonder that Watervilla has been nominated for the goulden AAP 2011, Amsterdam Architecture Prize for the best building realized in 2010-2011.
