Factory penthouse...

one picture before renovation...

If you look for a place with vast space, no limitations with unnecessary walls, no intrusive neighbours and all of that for a reasonable price, well.... buying a part of old factory is a must. From the days of first seeing film Ghost (yes, Patric did affect me to see almost all of his movies from Dirty dancing...), I immidiately fell in love in lofts. To have a large space so I could even dance around, to have only a toilette between walls, so even a bathroom could be seen from everywhere...this is still my childish dreams... To change something from a dirty factory to a splendid and glossy home, like you turn a rough stone to a diamond... But everything has already a character of something greater... Maybe with the same enthusiasm, Poteet Architects recreated this loft in downtown Antonio, Texas. Top two floors were bought in 1920s brick old factory and transformed into a beautiful loft, a place for art-collecting client. To enjoy in a large scale appartment and to enjoy in luxury of light and scenery of hometown...
